Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • Product is unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging is intact and undamaged
  • All accessories and documentation are included
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-designed or special-order lighting fixtures
  • Products that have been installed or modified
  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale
  • Products with visible signs of use or damage

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  • Include the RA number on the outside of the package
  • Ship the item to the address provided by our team

Shipping Costs

Installation service fees are non-refundable once the service has been scheduled and confirmed. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
